What is Art of Living?


Art of living is spread more than 140 countries globally today. Sri Sri Ravi sankar is the founder of Art of living foundation and the devotees called him Guruji. The founders inspiration is towards a stress free world and life with human values. Art of Living one of the biggest voluntary based organisation. I am an Art of Living volunteer for last 3 years. Its amazing "Sudarsan kriya" have a lot of advantages that i feel. It bring calmness and peace of mind. In yoga we can see lot of asanas and pranayams. I hope that Guruji is shaped this based on ancient yoga methods. Any other methods is not available to get fitness to both mind and body like yoga. Mind is the main cause for all of the major diseases. Today's busiest life style brings stress and related difficulties to our life from early life itself. Through regular practicing of yoga and meditation we can care about our physical and mental health. Even some breathing exercises can do wonders in our life. Art of Living offers different courses. The basic course is teaching everywhere in the world. But the cost of the courses in gulf found little high when compare with India. So the best thing can do is learn the basic course from India and we can practice from gulf. There are several yoga postures, no one can do all of them and also it is not required. Depends upon our physical and mental fitness we can select which asanas and postures will good for us. An experts opinion is advisable regarding this. Once learnt the yoga it is possible to do within a small place even in our bed room space. So instead of doing expensive Art of Living courses from GCC, better learn from India itself. Only through yoga and spirituality one can achieve calmness, happiness and prosperity. Discipline in our daily life also essential. Yoga brings discipline to our life. So please do any of yoga courses and practice it continuously. It is sure that yoga have healing power not only for body but mind as well.
