The construction boom

It is very nice to see that the construction industry growth in kingdom taking to new heights. It shows the financial growth of the island as well as attracting new job opportunities for both nationals and expatriates. So many artificial islands also are under construction. But the reclamation process really making some environmental concerns. So the government has to take necessary steps to make a detailed study about the impact of the massive reclamation works in Bahrain. The fishermen in the kingdom are really worried about the depleting fish. The ministry of labour is to be more vigilant about the health and safety of the labour in the construction industry. Some of the companies are still treating the labour without any humanitarian consideration. Most of the labours are not aware about the privileges from both employer and the government. Main reason that this labour force don't have any facility to reach the ministerial officers. They are afraid the employer may create more problem if they submit any complaints. Putting absent also refrain the poor from reporting. So the ministry must make some compulsory facilities in the labour accommodation and ensure the amenities are enjoying by the people.
