So the best thing can do is learn the basic course from India and we can practice from gulf. There are several yoga postures, no one can do all of them and also it is not required. Depends upon our physical and mental fitness we can select which asanas and postures will good for us. An experts opinion is advisable regarding this. It is very nice to see that the construction industry growth in kingdom taking to new heights. It shows the financial growth of the island as well as attracting new job opportunities for both nationals and expatriates. So many artificial islands also are under construction. But the reclamation process really making some environmental concerns. Bahrain MPs are agreed to stop the selling of liquor in the state. Bahrain is the only one country in GCC where liquor is selling legally. It was in 1956 the goverment decided to give permission to sell liquor in Bahrain. In the voting took place in the parliament yesterday all the MPs were in support to ban the liquor business. If the soora counsil also agreed the ban will come effect soon. But the ban may be created a platform for the growth of illegal liquor mafia in the small state. In all the other gulf countries this mafia is doing very good business by taking high risk of the strict rules and regulations.

The length of this bridge is 40 km and may be the largest after the construction is over. The area of this small island is around 750 Km2 and so many reclamation works are in progress.
